“The Call”, from Echoes of Vietnam Series by Minh Dam

I painted a Hanoian woman, who seeks the call of peace through books, amidst the bustling, vibrant streets. And even though I'm living a peaceful life in Poland, I still return to Hanoi to find diversity in life. While painting this painting, I listened to the song "Paradise" by Coldplay.

This painting took part in the exhibition "WOMEN READING" at The Muse Artspace in Hanoi in October 2023.
