Join us in Chiayi for a special watercolor presentation and master demo session with Minh Dam in collaboration with DANIEL SMITH.

During the event, Minh will share his personal approach to watercolor painting, combining European principles of composition with the expressive brush language and atmospheric sensitivity inspired by East Asian painting traditions. The presentation will explore how mood, rhythm, light, and memory can be expressed through simplified forms, controlled spontaneity, and dynamic brushwork.

Participants will also have the opportunity to discover the unique qualities of Daniel Smith watercolor pigments, including pigment behavior, color harmony, transparency, granulation, and the relationship between water, paper, and gesture in contemporary watercolor practice.
